In the summer, enjoy world-class blue-ribbon fly fishing right out your back door or with a quick drive choose from horseback riding, local ATV tours, hiking trails, rock climbing, mountain biking, wildlife viewing, golfing, white water rafting, tasting the local cuisine, and more Montana escapades in the nearby towns of Big Sky and Bozeman. In the winter months, make use of Big Sky’s incredible trail system for Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, dog sled tours, and of course, downhill skiing. Once inside 80 Cliff Manor, the rustic exterior gives way to a modern yet homey interior. The kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and living room share the main floor, providing an excellent space to gather after a day out adventuring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal at home with stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher. The dining table has seating for 6 with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room has comfortable furniture, a wood stove, and a flat screen TV. The living room has access to patio deck, which has a BBQ grill for guest use all year long. The main floor of the house has a bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom, and easy patio/river access. The upper level of the house offers an open office space with desk and desk chair. You will also find a queen bedroom and en-suite full bath as well as a king bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. Through the shared bathroom hallway of the king room, there is a bonus room with two twin beds. Be aware that this bonus room is only accessed through the master bathroom which does not have a closed door shower or bathtub. The king bedroom has incredible views and a patio. With the perfect balance of modern flare and rustic charm, this unique riverside retreat will leave you wanting to come back year after year.
