The Space:
This lakefront home is 3,166 square feet in size.
Main Floor:
Fully equipped kitchen, seated dining, large capacity laundry
Bedroom 1- King Bed
Full bathroom located outside the 1st bedroom, has a stand up shower.
Bedroom 2- Day bed with twin trundle (2 twins total)
Full bathroom located outside the 2nd bedroom, has a clawfoot tub.

Upper floor:
Bedroom 3- King Bed - gel memory foam mattress
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Bedroom 5- 1 Queen and 2 Twin Beds
2 full bathrooms

On the deck - 6 person hot tub, open year-round.
2 Kayaks, life vests, sand toys, yard toys, folding camping chairs, and nylon hammocks are all provided.
Private dock and mooring ball available for guests in season. Boats to be anchored on the mooring ball overnight.

Please note, there is a ring doorbell on the double doors.

Guest Access:
The long driveway to your vacation home through the woods will show you just how secluded you'll be.
The driveway is shared with one other home.

The Neighborhood:
Trees, grass, sand and water. Your nearest human neighbors are not too far away, but you'll hardly know it.

Getting Around:
30 minutes to downtown Traverse City for restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping and entertainment.
Close to dozens of wineries.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $129 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $2000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues. There is a mooring ball available for long-term use- but if you are renting a boat most places offer mooring station rental as well!
