Fabulous location, beautiful view and dock. Great amenities, lots of outdoor space. Well appointed kitchen, nice sized rooms especially living, dining area. One thing to note is 4th bedroom is smaller and would have to go through the en-suite bedroom to use the half bath on the upstairs floor which could be awkward. Owner was very responsive! Overall a lovely experience.

We really enjoyed our visit. The cottage was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Tom, our host, was easy to work with. We loved the location on the peninsula where we could kayak, bike and walk.

A cozy, lakeside home just close enough to the city to make it an easy trip but also to feel a little secluded. Our second stay here and really enjoyed it

Wonderful Stay

We had such a lovely little weekend with friends here. Beautiful views and close to Traverse and Suttons Bay for exploring. Our 2 small dogs loved the beach. Best sunsets! Would love to come back one day.

Great property for our family get together! We especially enjoyed the dock and kayaks along with the fabulous lake view. The garage was nice to keep a car out of the sun and the kitchen had everything we needed and the living spaces were really comfortable for our group of 8. Be sure to visit Leelanau Cheese and Roman Wheel for pizza if you stay here. Unfortunately, everything is expensive in this area but it was nice to enjoy a week without any stress related to the property. Only downside to this property is unavoidable. The two front bedrooms sit close to the road. I woke to cars driving on the road around 7-7:30am (maybe people going to work?). It was comfortable to sleep in these rooms with the windows open and ceiling fans going, but you do hear the cars driving by with the windows open. The upstairs bedroom and 1/2 bath was our favorite bedroom.
