The gated entry to this property leads into the front courtyard and then to the airy common area where guests will find the kitchen and dining area that opens up to the backyard and swimming pool. The open concept kitchen provides all the essentials for guests who want to take advantage of at-home cooking while staying in this home; complete with a breakfast bar and formal dining table with seating for 8. There is a barbeque grill located in the backyard for additional cooking options.

There are two bedrooms located on the main level of this property, one of which offers 2 double beds and direct access to the backyard and swimming pool. The second faces the front courtyard and includes a queen bed. Upstairs, guests will find a master suite with king bed, ensuite bath and a balcony facing the front courtyard. This level also offers a second guest suite with queen bed, ensuite bath and a balcony that faces the front courtyard.

There is a shared lounge located on the upper level that offers courtyard and backyard views. Here guests can enjoy the smart tv and comfortable seating for some time out of the beautiful Huatulco sunshine or for a fun movie night together! Sliding glass doors open up to the upper terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

• If you have to cancel your original travel dates, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
