About this property

Welcome to our newly renovated South Philly row home will all brand new furnitures, located in the neighborhood of Sport Complex. Easy access to Broad Street Subway line to take you to center city and a quick walk to The Stadium District, Live Casino, Navy Yard, and East Passyunk Restaurants.

Our home is comfortable and cozy and plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay!
The space
We have three bedrooms; one with a modern queen bed and en luxury suite bathroom, one queen bed with hallway bathroom, and one queen bedroom. Neutral light bath room with personal essentials. We will provide clean sheets, blanket, also towel and sleeping bag if you needed for extra guest. Our max capacity for guests staying is 6 people and strictly enforced. We charge an additional $150 if the number of guests in the house exceeds 6 at any time. Neutral light bath room with personal essentials. Spacious and Peaceful Accommodation

We were in Philadelphia for a weekend wedding and needed quiet comfortable accommodations for three adults. We chose not to stay at the designated center city hotel most wedding guests were using. This VRBO property has a spacious well appointed kitchen. The living room is large with an adjoining dining room where a bar-height table seats four. The master bedroom has lots of storage and a master bathroom with shower and a soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom. Finding a parking spot can be challenging in this dense neighborhood. But it sure beat paying $20 per day at a hotel garage. We prefer bringing our own food and drinks so VRBO living suits us to a T. There's an Acme grocery a short drive away. City Pizza is two blocks away and really delicious! Comments for the owner: It would be nice to have a mirror in the living room/entry area. A dish drainer in the kitchen would be handy. BTW, the new stove is great! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Great location

This place was the perfect location for anyone visiting the sports complex nearby. We attended a concert at Citizens Bank Park and we were able to walk there.
