The apartment is clear and comfortable. The host makes it very easy to get into both the apartment and the garage. There is a space in the garage for one car. You are right on the bus line if you want to get around, and there is a grocery store within 2 blocks. The host is very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment!

The condo is beautiful, great location, comfortable bed and soft sheets & towels. Solid furniture, which I don't always find in a VRBO--very comfy couch! Host was excellent, clear, responsive, and helpful. Great value, especially considering the protected garage parking too! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a long weekend. Host was very responsive. The place was very clean. We were able to walk to nearby stores and also to get something to eat. We really liked having the garage to park our vehicle in. Would stay here again if we ever find ourselves out that way in the future.

It was the perfect location for our needs. Really close to the hospital. Host was easy to communicate with and offered to let us in early after a long day of travel. Having a dedicated parking spot inside of a garage was the icing on the cake.

Condo was very good for what we needed. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were all good size and beds were very comfortable! Living room area was well equipped with sofa, chair and nice footstools to rest your feet on. Second bathroom vanity was small with limited space for bathroom accessories but workable. Other bathroom was great. Kitchen only had one hand towel and a limited number of spoons (we left a few plastic ones in the drawer), so we would suggest adding a few more. If you only have one vehicle, parking is great but if you have two vehicles, parking could be a bit stressful and hard to find. We were able to end up finding a spot across the street and ended up leaving the 2nd vehicle there and traveling back and forth to where we needed to go in one so it worked out fine.Tina was very responsive to questions, kind, patient and great to work with! All of her instructions for check in and check out were perfect. I would definitely recommend her place to others if they were looking for a place to stay in Philly!
