We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly! The custom closets provided excellent storage, making it perfect for a longer stay. The location was great, and having a golf cart to use was a fantastic bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Well kept, comfy home

Great home, well maintained & owners super responsive & friendly. Easy golf cart access to Spanish Springs Town Square, rec areas & golf courses, Sumter Landing Town Square is a quick drive away. Neighborhood is quiet & friendly, wonderful place to stay while we visited family.

Start to finish top notch

We had an excellent stay. The house was very well equipped from A to Z and very clean & comfortable The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. Communication with Stacy, our land lord was excellent.

The owners of this property are very communicative and easy to work with. Unfortunately, there was damage caused to the property which was our fault. They have been very understanding while we work to resolve the issue

An absolutely wonderful experience! This home was perfect for a week staying close to extended family who spent lots of time with us here. Very nicely decorated. Family meals were so easy in the kitchen with everything. Very comfortable and plentiful seating and lounging areas. Comfortable beds. Plenty of games to enjoy with all ages. We will be back!

Outstanding property

My family and I stayed in this gorgeous house while visiting our parents in the Villages. The house is super clean, large with spacious rooms and centrally located. It even has a golf cart which allowed us all to play golf. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend renting from them.

Excellent Vacation Rental

We stayed here for 3 weeks while our new home was being completed. Host offered all ammenties,very clean and well kept, great location on a beautiful street, large kitchen perfect for cooking family meals, enjoyed our stay during our out of state move. Host was available to answer questions if needed and responded quickly if we had a question. Thank you for having us, highly recommend staying in this rental. The perfect host!

Beautiful & Comfortable Home

We spent a very relaxing week at this home. Clean, well maintained and spacious. This home is well stocked with everything you need and more for a stay. The floor plan and furnishings provide a nice stay for the whole family or group. The new golf cart is a huge plus. The owners provide detailed information about the home. Highly recommend.

Amazing Place

First class property with amazing location and amenities. Owners are easy to deal with and are detail oriented. Golf cart is included and top of the line. Location of property is near Spanish Springs Square. Love the gas appliances and outdoor grill. You will not be disappointed.

We have stayed in The Villages 4x now and this home was by far the BEST!! It was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything! The kitchen, bathrooms and even the garage were stocked with everyday items. We also had access to a new golf cart. This rental had it all! The bed was comfortable, the master walk in shower was nice and the enclosed glass sunroom is were we spent all of our time in the evening. I cannot say enough great things about our stay in this beautiful rental! Thank you!!
