We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the condo. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the suite.
The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. That you have a valid photo ID, verified email address. We do not allow pets, if a pet is found in a unit, there will be a premium charge .
We have a 4pm check in policy and strict 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management. If you have not authorized a late check out with upper management you will be charged a fee for every 30 minutes that you have stayed pass the 11am check out period.If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and depending on availability we can provide! There is a fee for late check out and early check please ask your host for more info or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy your stay!
