• This home does not offer laundry facilities.

• Parking available for 1 vehicle behind the building on a first come, first served basis. Additional parking on the street is available where marked.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the back of the building, actively monitoring the walkway to the units and parking area. The second is located on the front of the building, actively monitoring the front walkway into the building.

• This property features four individual apartments, each available for rent individually to accommodate smaller groups.
