Pricing and guest access: We've tried to match pricing to accommodate all group sizes. Room codes will be given out to match party size. Any dishonesty with group size will be considered a breach of house rules and you'll be required to vacate.
Guest access
You'll have access to whole house except locked doors. The cleaning closet in basement is locked and bedrooms not reserved for the number in your party will remain locked. The garage is also locked and not available to use.
Other things to note
Within 48 hours of booking, signed agreement must be returned and deposit collected via resolution center. On day of arrival, a personal entry code will be sent.
