Perfect location. A few minute walk to town lift and all the restaurants, bars, art galleries in town. Can ski down Quittin time and get almost back to the place. Good communication with the rental company. Parking was easy, although it’s a 3 story walk up to lug your stuff! The sheets didn’t seem totally clean, had some hairs in the bed. The floor in the one bedroom is super squeaky.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are happy the location made it easy to access the Town Lift, nearby restaurants, and shops, and that communication and parking worked well for your stay. We appreciate you bringing the bedding and flooring concerns to our attention so our team can review them. We would be glad to welcome you back in the future.

Great Park City location

We travel to Park City for skiing every year. We have stayed in other Motherload units, but this one is the nicest yet. Very nice renovation with open floor plan from the kitchen. The unit has added a washer and dryer which is also very nice so you do not have to go downstairs to the garage level and use the washer and dryers in the common locker/laundry room. A big plus on frigid nights. the owner has a ski rack at the front door and there is a rack built into the wall at the back door. We found leaving our boots and skis outside the back door to be easiest. Leaving out the back door there are no steps and a short walk down the street to the town run where you can catch the town lift. Fantastic dining is easy walking distance. The covered parking also a plus so when you are ready to leave. You will not have to dig your car out of the snow. TV in all the rooms with easy-to-use cable TV. The cleaning staff left the place absolutely spotless. Fantastic place all around.

It’s wonderful to hear this unit exceeded your expectations with its thoughtful renovations and convenient amenities like the in-unit washer and dryer. The easy access to skiing, dining, and covered parking truly makes it a standout choice for a Park City getaway. We’re thrilled the home was spotless and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We’d love to host you again for your next ski trip!
