About this property

Deluxe 1 bedroom 1 1/2 baths direct ocean front with balcony. Also has Murphy bed and sofa in living room. Full size kitchen. TVs in living room and bedroom. Shower tub combo flanked by 2 sinks and 2 toilets 1 on each side of the tub. New vinyl plank floors in living room and bedroom.
Beautiful ocean views from the living room and balcony up and down the beach as far as you can see.
Easy access with door code, no need to wait in line at front desk.
Parking garage across the street with elevated covered climate controlled walkway to building.
Indoor and outdoor pools with numerous hot tubs and kiddie pools and lazy rivers.
We’re not on the on-site rental program so the on-site water park, restaurants and bar are not available to our guests (that’s their way of coercing us to join) but there are so many other restaurants and water parks nearby. There’s a Walmart market 2 blocks away.
Come kick back and relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while you watch the sun rise, then take a short stroll for an excellent breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Bring your binoculars because the views are unlimited up and down the beach and out in the ocean. Watch for the shrimp boats to cruise down the shore with many dolphins tagging along. Spend a day on the beach or relax in a hot tub then take a dip in one of the pools inside or out, or float along one of the lazy rivers. Then you can take in a show or go shopping at the outlets. Numerous crab leg buffet restaurants also await your patronage. If your adventurous you can take a helicopter ride up the beach from the nearby airport. Take a day trip to Charleston. Rent a jet ski at surfside beach and explore their famous boardwalk of bars and restaurants. Book a fishing trip with the hurricane fishing fleet or a dolphin sighting cruise. Just a plethora of things to do in Myrtle and North Myrtle beach, and you'll be in the center of it all.

Short stay, but a great one.

My family and I did a very short stay as our schedules never overlap. The condo was clean, and though we didn't have need for them was equipped with kitchen dishes/etc. A vacuum and mop was provided which is great, not just for check out but to help with coming in out. Communication from host was fabulous!

Affordable and directly on the ocean

This unit is accurately depicted in this pictures, and will comfortably sleep up to eight people. Our family of four had tons of room. It is clean, and the kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and cookware. We cooked at least one meal a day while we were there. The numerous indoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers kept us busy on a rainy day, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were warm enough even for a chilly March day. We had lots of fun at local attractions. This is a very adequate and comfortable budget stay at the beach. Not a complaint, but just letting people know that there weren't many drawers to unpack your clothes. So we just kept our things in our bags. There are hangers to hang things up in the closet. Having a bath and a half was very handy. Great and prompt communication with the owners.
