Clean, comfortable house convenient for driving

Very clean home with comfortable fittings and a good kitchen. The house itself was great, although I would have liked to have been able to turn off the heat.The location is convenient for driving, but not for walking. I walked into downtown one morning for coffee, less than 1.5 miles away, and it was extremely pedestrian-unfriendly: no sidewalks in places, no signed or marked crossings over extremely busy roads. The Hayti Collective, a lovely place for food (open early!) and drink, is more doable if you're comfortable with the neighborhood. If you aren't fussed about not being able to walk to anything, this is a nice place to stay.

Clean and Comfortable

Very clean, newer property. Well appointed, quality bedding, felt homey. Convenient location to Durham activities. Owner was very communicative and helpful. He even helped us with an item that we inadvertently left. Would recommend to a friend.
