FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM Neighborhood: it is 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to much of the best that Downtown Durham has to offer, Cinnamon Coffee, Fullsteam Brewery, Saturday morning farmers market, Durham Art walks, the Carolina Theater. We want you to be able to settle into this home as if it was your own. We'll stay out of your way, but we're just a quick message away if you have any question. Great place for a group stay in Durham

Clean, spacious, new, and comfortable place for a stay in Durham. Close to Downtown and freeways. Would stay again if visiting Durham.

Nice Property

Very clean and tastefully decorated property. Loved that the kitchen pots, pans, bakeware were of good quality to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Had everything we needed to enjoy Thanksgiving break. Close to downtown Durham and restaurants. Got great recommendations from the owner on restaurants. Quick reply from the host on help with the thermostat since the temperature dropped and needed the a/c turned off!
