Brand NEW Modern 4 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Home located in downtown Durham! This two-story modern style home can sleep up to 9 guests and provides an excellent home away from home. Open concept layout with brand new appliances.

Relax outside on the front porch, 2nd story balcony, or private back deck complete with outdoor lights! A 5-minute walk to 2 microbreweries and multiple restaurants.

Guests have full access and use of the garage, which also has a charging station for your electric vehicle.

Guests have access via a smart lock. We will send you an access code that is unique to you for the dates and times of your reservation.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days, using their 7-Day Free Pass. They have multiple locations with pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Durham and Chapel Hill.

Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.

Quick Getaway

The host was absolutely AMAZING!! We needed to extend check out time due to a family tragedy and the host was more than gracious enough to do so. The property is GORGEOUS!!! More than we could’ve asked for. Will book again if we’re in the Area.

Great house

We rented this house for a writing retreat and it was really nice. It had all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a small problem at check in with the lock box but communication with the property manager was easy and it was resolved quickly.

Duke game

4 of us stayed comfortably in this space and we each had our own bed and bedroom. Would stay here again as plenty to do within a few miles of this location. We had a rental vehicle but could of gotten by doing UBER's as we utilized that service plenty as well. Host was responsive to my questions via text.

North Carolina Game Night

Really nice place and in a good location for us. The garbage in the kitchen was full and the big dumpster outside was also completely full. The bed in the masterbedroom sheets were not tight on the bed but we just remade the bed completely. Very nice place and convenience for us...

Great for NCCU families

We stayed here when we moved our son in to NCCU. The location was great. If we wanted to walk to NCCU we could have. The ONLY downside about the location was the proximity to the railroad tracks. The train was loud! It wasn't enough to ruin our stay. The accommodations were nice. We were disappointed that the ice/water maker wasn't working especially since it was very hot that weekend but ironically we already had ice and water so again, it didn't ruin our stay. I'd love to stay here again. It would probably be our go to location when we visit Durham.

Nice house and attentive property manager

The house is a very nice house with an open, modern design. It is spacious enough to accommodate large groups of people (we had 6 adults and 2 babies there during the day with no issues). The driveway into the garage is at a weird angle and may be difficult for some especially if trying to back in. Brad the property manager was very attentive and responded very quickly even on the holiday to our inquiries. When modifications to the rental needed to be made, he adjusted it without issue. Working with Brad was amazing. He alone made the stay worthwhile. The one draw back to the house is it is a little noisy. It has train tracks near by, and you can hear the whistle blow late at night (as late as 11 PM), and again early in the morning (as early as 5 am).

The property overall was a decent property however, when we arrived, the trash was left from the occupants prior to us. I believe it was because of the Thanksgiving holiday. There may have been some back up however, it did not allow for us to use the garage, which would’ve been very nice given how cold it has been. Also, the cleaning team did not do a wonderful job as far as putting the necessary items back. For instance, there were still bathroom rugs in the washing machine that needed to go in the dryer. Also, the dishwasher was left full of clean dishes, but they weren’t put away so because of this, we assumed the home did not come equipped with the necessary kitchenware. It wasn’t until we went to check out and clean our dirty dishes that we noticed the dishwasher was full of clean dishes. So it’s Details like that that make a big difference. Also, both outdoor seating areas were filthy full of leaves debris, and bird poop.
