Rock Haven is wonderful vacation rental. The house is set in the forest and is so tranquil. House is as described. Extremely comfortable and well appointed. Our family came to town for a football/birthday party weekend and the house was perfectly situated between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. Sherrie is a perfect host. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

House was beautiful, cozy & spotless. Wifi was strong. Everything works perfectly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft and plentiful. The host was attentive & followed up periodically to check on how our stay was going and make sure we didn't need anything. We will stay here again on our next visit, if the house is available.

The property is beautiful, cheery and warm at the same time, and invites you to just relax and unwind, especially being from CA. It is stocked with everything you might need. Sherrie is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. It is close to everything even though it's in the middle of the woods. There is a bit of a gravel road that can get bumpy but it's worth it! I can't wait to go back. I suggested that some games would be a wonderful addition. It would be wonderful to play a board or card game at the dining room table surrounded by all the beautiful trees!

Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very cozy, nice gas fireplace with great views, cool chairs throughout the property to relax and enjoy nature. Just loved this place.

I was so happy with this rental! This is such a beautiful property in a heavily wooded area. Lots of privacy. Even in the late July heat, we were able to use the screened porch during the day due to a strong ceiling fan that kept the air circulating. Fantastic spot to sit, read and relax while enjoying the sounds of the woods. We saw hummingbirds daily which was a real treat! The kitchen is very well stocked with pretty much everything you may need to prepare food. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for my daughter’s college graduation. Beautiful property in picturesque setting. It was exceptionally clean and had any amenity a family would need. Screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. Although the house was in very private setting, there was a grocery store and restaurants very close by. The owner was responsiveto questions. I would highly recommend this property.
