Our three bedroom house is located in Southern Village, a lovely community setting with sidewalks, parks, and a village of its own, complete with a movie theatre, grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop and more--all within walking distance! Just minutes from UNC and Franklin Street shops, restaurants and sporting events. And with a park and ride bus lot located in the development, there is no need to drive to downtown Chapel Hill for your sporting event or graduation.

We were in town for the TCU at UNC football game over Labor Day weekend. The house is in a great neighborhood, walkable to the Southern Village town center with restaurants and a nice market. It is in close proximity to the University as well as to Carrboro where there are lots of good restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit Chapel Hills in the future.

We stayed at this lovely 3 bedroom home for over a week while our own house was being renovated. It was a lifesaver and Angelo was wonderful. Check-in was very simple. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils to cook. We appreciated the backyard for our pet. The house is convenient to UNC hospitals and downtown Chapel Hill.

We had a great stay in this nice property when in chapel hill for UNC graduation. We enjoyed the patio one night. The street parking was easy for extra cars.

Comfortable home in great neighborhood

The property was in a great location as we were in town for graduation. Spacious house with plenty of room as I traveled with my parents, sister and spouse. Perfect fenced in back yard for the dog. Host was very communicative and accommodating.
