Having full kitchen and kitchenette was very helpful. Host very responsive to questions and concerns. Perfect for short visit with our daughter and family. Great park nearby where we played pickleball Saturday morning.

Good place for larger groups

We enjoyed staying in this versatile place during a family reunion. With four bedrooms and three baths it worked out well for our needs. Enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen.

Excellent home away from home

Sheila was a wonderful host. We enjoyed the home greatly. My family of 7 and I were in town for a wedding and we had to travel to and fro for the wedding as well as go into town for a meal. The home is very close to downtown Chapel Hill and to campus. I highly recommend this clean, spacious and well-appointed home.

Lake Forest Home

Very clean and spacious home in a woodsy neighborhood. House was big enough for all adults to have their own room. House could use a bit more outside lighting as it’s very dark on the street and driveway. Also suggest adding a few more pieces of furniture such as dressers and mirrors in the 3 bedrooms and a couple more comfy chairs in the living room.

Overall great stay!

Overall, we had a great stay and a great trip. The communication at check in Wasn’t great as the power was out and we were not notified. We ended up delaying our arrival a few hours and then checked in fine once the power came back on. Everything ended Honey up fine, but it would’ve just been nice to know earlier in the day as we were traveling from out of state. One toaster and one burner on the stove didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal to us.
