The Cary House is in beautiful downtown Cary with easy access to restaurants, shops, cultural center, theater, parks and much more. It is a 3 bedroom, 5 bed, 2 bath (7 guests), home with large fully equipped kitchen, living room area with fireplace (gas fire logs) and work/desk area, dining room, beautiful spacious sunroom, garage and convenient at-the-door parking. It is a bright, open floor plan. Kitchen is well designed with modern appliances. This is a detached home (2000 square feet ranch on one level) in a safe, quiet, and private compound that includes two other homes. The owner lives on the premises in the house in the back. Conveniences include 3 media centers with widescreen TV, high-speed internet, computer/reading desk, and large capacity washer/dryer. Our house is conveniently located and is just a few miles from NCSU Carter-Finley Stadium, NC State Fairgrounds, PNC Arena, RTP, RDU Airport, SAS Institute and is perfect for a work or leisure stay in our town.

Linens and towels, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, are furnished. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and features a 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, stove with convection oven, blender, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, dishes, and flatware.

We loved the location of the Cary House. The house itself was perfect for our party of 4. We didn't do any cooking in the house because there were too many good restaurant options. The Keurig coffee option made our morning cup of joe quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again when we find ourselves back in Cary.

What a great house in a great location! We were able to walk to restaurants & bakeries and to Downtown Cary Park to see holiday lights. Plenty of room to spread out in the house. Lots of little touches were appreciated as was the off-street parking in the carport.

We spent 3 days at the Cary House in preparation for my son's downtown wedding in Raleigh. Everything was clean and well-stocked; we needed nothing at all and what was provided (toiletries, snacks, etc) went beyond expectations. The outdoor area is fairly secluded from the main house. The location can't be beat - a few short, walkable blocks from downtown Cary and the fabulous new city park which was recently completed. Highly recommend having a drink and watching the dogs play at the Bark Bar! A wonderful stay and would definitely rent again!

Lovely property and town

We enjoyed the town of Cary and our stay at this property. The home had all we needed for our trip and location worked out very well. Easy access to airport, Raleigh, restaurants, etc. The hosts were easy to communicate with and available should a need arise. We couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful property. The cutest little downtown area I have ever seen and the home is so spacious and well kept. We enjoyed being in walking distance of all the downtown attractions and restaurants. You can tell by the special touches the owner really loves what they do. We would have never found all the amazing restaurants that were provided in the welcome information. 10/10 recommend.
