This clean and well-kept three-bedroom, one-bath 1950’s cottage sits adjacent to the Cameron-McCauley Historic District toward the west end of Franklin Street in a small but lively city neighborhood. As with many homes of its age, you'll notice some cosmetic signs of wear, but we take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained!

You have everything you need! Along with area attractions you’ll find a bustling local population including residents and UNC students coming and going from classes. Two bike paths cross directly into the neighborhood, so bring your bike or simply enjoy them on foot.

Chapel Hill is nicknamed, “Southern Part of Heaven''. It is home to the UNC Chapel Hill Tar Heels, the first state university, established in 1793. We hope you enjoy the updates we’ve made. Please make yourself at home!

A note on climate: The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, supplemented by window AC units in the bedrooms during the summer months to keep things cool and comfortable.
