This spacious home has all you need with 2 primary suites, 2 guest bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. There is no shortage of living space with a living room, 2 dining rooms, open floor plan w/fully-stocked kitchen, and onsite laundry. Enjoy your evenings outside underneath the comfortable patio in the turfed backyard-perfect for little ones to run around. This home is great for both long term guests or those coming in for a shorter stay with a large group. We look forward to hosting you!
This home is located in the desireable neighborhood of Chaparral Park North. Located in the westside suburbs, Chaparral Park North has tranquil streets, peace and quiet, and close proximity to open spaces and nature. While it is away from the hustle and bustle, nothing is far by vehicle with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within 5-10 minutes away.
This home has been designed with our guests in mind so that they have access to the majority of this private home.
The closet in the primary suite with the Queen sized bed is not accessible by guests. Please note that the garage is also locked and is not available for guest use.
This home is large and spacious to provide ample room for your group to gather, relax, and make memories.
The living room has space for everyone to spread out. Sink in to the comfortable couches and enjoy the 48" smart tv with Roku and Spectrum TV. The first living room has a dedicated workspace and the home is equipped with great wifi throughout as well, perfect for our remote workers and traveling professionals.
Large families or traveling groups have no need to fight over the large bedrooms as this home has two primary suites each with their own ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers on opposites sides of the home. One primary suite with a queen sized bed and 35" TV is located on the same side of the house as the two additional bedrooms. The other suite with a full-sized bed is located at the opposite of the home to be away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of house.
With two more bedrooms and one more bathroom, there is no need to fight for shower time.
The fully stocked kitched is ready for you to prepare those great homecooked meals with all you will need. Plenty of seating is provided at the dining table for six with additional seating for three at the bar and two at the hightop table in the breakfast nook. We also provide a charging station for your convenience.
The backyard is a great place to soak up the sun with a turfed lawn and covered patio.
There is also a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer just off the kitchen as well for those longer stays.
The driveway provides two parking spaces and parking on the street is free.
The garage is locked and not accessible to guests.
If booking on a platform other than Airbnb, before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Management Fee/Damage Fee Coverage:
Turnkey STRs Security Deposit Waiver
Once you purchase a Turnkey STR Security Deposit Waiver, then the following terms and conditions are now part of your vacation rental property lease agreement.
I. AGREEMENT
A. On behalf of Turnkey El Paso, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner, lessor, of manager of the vacation rental property, they has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives your security deposit up to $1,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
B. Turnkey STRs is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Turnkey STRs will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $1,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
C. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II.EXCLUSIONS
A. This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
Acts of God
Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
Theft without a valid police report if over $250
Loss of use of the vacation rental property
Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
Damage to a motorized vehicle
Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
A. Turnkey STRs has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
B. Turnkey STRs reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
C. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
D. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
E. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Turnkey STRs by You, the property manager, or the cleaning crew within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
F. Turnkey STRs will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
G. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.
