Great Location

The short-term rental has a great location downtown, close to bars, restaurants and attractions. It is also large enough to hold a large party; would stay here again.

Clean, fun, convenient place to stay!

The unit was very clean and the location was great for walkability! A group of couples went for a concert and it was a perfect place to stay after the concert and just talk and have fun!

Great Place!

Amazing location. Easy walk to everything downtown. We were in for the Jags colts game and had a blast! Was able to walk to bars, restaurants and the stadium. Highly recommend this place and we look forward to returning next season. 🐆🏈

A perfect stay! The Loft is spacious and clean to my meticulous standards. It’s creatively and tastefully designed…and somehow that makes a big difference to the enjoyment of any trip. The pool table adds to the fun and fills in the spaces between planned activities. The location is in the middle of it all. We walked to the convention center, St.Elmos Steakhouse, Cigar Bar and so many other cool dining options. Parking is a block away and a little complex but well worth working through the details for an enjoyable stay. Hunter was quickly responsive to our needs.

Austin, the owner, was responsive but no resolutions reached. The Alexa in the main living anrea and tv in the bed room as well as the circle lights on the Indy sign did not work our entire stay. I reached out to Austin several times to advise and way too many times for me to be on vacation. No resolution offered! The hall in the building and unit at the property are very Dark and could definitely more lighting. The unit was clean; kitchen functional nothing impressive. The shower in the bunk bed room was terrible and with very low water pressure. It took forever to take showers. A maintenance man did stop by but was unable to resolve the issue. He did replace bulbs in the refrigerator and stove hood over the island.Location was 10 of 10 but overall a disappointing experience.

Hi April, We're really sorry your experience was anything less than 5 stars. We've since figured out what was wrong with the lights and the shower. Please let us know when you're back in Indy and we'd love to extend you a great offer so we can provide a 5 star experience

The property was nicer than listed, in an incredible location for downtown, and the host could not have been more communicative or responsive. Book this one.

My wife and I have traveled the world over and stayed at hundreds of hotels and vacation homes. This is easily one of the tour three most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. Though the property could accommodate a dozen people there were just two of us. Wow factor that was accompanied by an amazing location. We drove in from Nashville Tennessee so had a car and the complementary parking was a bonus, a half down the street. The property itself was quiet and secure. We walked to everything and our stay in Indianapolis. That’s great, do you enlarge part to this amazing home. Our host was detailed and responsive, and we will book this property again next time we’re in Indianapolis. If you’re going to Indy and need room to spread out or just love luxury and indulgence, do yourself a favor, stay here.
