This is our 3rd stay at the property. The house is fantastic, clean and bright. It is also in a safe neighborhood where you can walk or just sit on the wonderful porch. This is a work trip. The house gives us some nice quiet down time once we get there.

The house worked Wonderful for our family. We had 8 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of bathrooms. Enough seating for gathering together but bedrooms were pretty quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Felt very safe in this location as well.

I have stayed in this house three times and will make every effort to stay here the next time I travel to Indy with a large group. The house is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, and Gillia is incredible to work with.

This is a great place located within 2 miles of the heart of downtown, easy and safe to walk. There is a Kroger 1/2 mile away where we were able to get everything we needed but forgot to pack. The common space is wonderful and the bedrooms 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths works beautifully for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Indy for our son's graduation from Butler University. This villa is just lovely! Our host Gilia was VERY responsive any time I had a question. The neighborhood where the house is located is so nice and walkable. My family and I will definitely stay here again if we travel with our extended family members in the future.

This was our 2nd stay here. Gilia is a wonderful host, although we really didn't need anything, but she checked in to make sure all was ok. We had Thanksgiving for 9 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen, dining room, family room all open which makes for great family gatherings. The beds are very comfortable, linens are nice. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family friendly. We will be back again for sure!!

This house was perfect for our group of coworkers It was clean and just as described. It was very spacious and had everything we needed during our stay. Great place to stay in Indy

Stayed in this gorgeous house with 5 other adult couples for a fun weekend in Indy. It is a beautiful house with lots of amenities, in a great walkable neighborhood and close to Mass Ave. We had plenty of room for each couple to have our own spaces but also large kitchen and family room to hang out together. In addition the VRBO host is very helpful. I highly recommend!
