This was a perfect location for our group while in town for business. Karen is a wonderful host and communication was very quick. We would have extended our stay if it was available, but because it's a wonderful place it was already booked.

New building, but well furnished. Comfortable. Easy walking to lots of Ballard things. If I have any suggestion it’s to add color. It’s mostly white, grey and black. I appreciate having my dog there very much. Seattle sure is dog country!I think I’m the one who got confused about entering the property the first time. Karen was patient and helpful.

Beautiful, modern home in a nice, quiet walkable neighborhood. Not in a touristy area but if you have a car, not far from the major attractions. Everything we needed was provided including a beautiful rooftop with a grill and view!Parking is a bit tough. Unless you have a very small car, must use street parking. The streets are narrow. But we always found a spot within a few blocks. I’d rent there again!

Overall, we had a very nice stay. We arrived late after our flight and unfortunately discovered that the automatic door lock wasn’t working. We tried reaching our host that evening but couldn’t connect with her. Fortunately, our son lived just a few blocks away, so we stayed with him that night.Our host contacted us first thing the next morning, came right over, replaced the lock, and apologized. We really appreciated how quickly she took care of everything.Once we got settled in, we really enjoyed the place. Everything was clean and comfortable, and my wife especially loved the master shower. The master bedroom on the top floor has its own AC unit, while the two bedrooms on the second floor don’t and did get a little warm at night.One small note: while the living room furniture looked nice, we didn’t find it as comfortable for relaxing as we'd hoped, especially the lower-back sofa. There are also quite a few stairs, but we knew that going in, and the rooftop patio is a really nice bonus. Street parking in the area can also be challenging, and at times you may need to park a block or two away.Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The lock issue was unfortunate, but things happen, and we were very pleased with how quickly our host responded and fixed the problem the following morning. She was great to work with, and we would recommend the property to others.

The property was beautifully maintained. Spotless when we entered. Kitchen had everything one could need. Great rooftop deck with a grill & partial view of the city. Plenty of plugs & USB ports. Great access to Ballard, Freemont, Wallingford & the city. We were there on a couple of unexpectedly hot days & the AC was a little lacking. I would encourage the owner to provide better entry & exit instructions i.e. the code that was provided isn’t all you need to know and no instructions were provided on how to lock up. Used a pic & ChatGPT to figure it out. Overall, an outstanding experience. Would definately rent there again!Thanks Karen.
