Ocean Front Villa - Breathtaking View - 10B

This is our second villa in gated, private Lagoon Ocean Resort. You will enjoy beautiful sunset views overlooking the ocean and an active reef where you can often see dolphins and flying fish. Walk down to the beach, one of the Best Snorkel Beaches on the island; walk-in diving and snorkeling and a PADI dive center, a quiet beach, enjoy the peace, rent a lounger, walk to 2 different restaurants. An upper deck off the bedroom with ocean view and 2 single beds or made up as a King bed for couples.

I am available by messaging for questions and concerns. I live in Canada which is the same time zone. However our guests have someone local to call on if needed. Our resident manager can be reached via WhatsApp free calling and messaging. The phone number is in the check-in information.

From our property it is a one minute walk down to Playa Lagun Beach. And it is also close to all you could possibly want to do while in Curacao. Our ocean view from this patio is peaceful. This is a quiet place where you are sure to relax. Enjoy the shaded patio most of the day or sunbathe on the upper deck. If you enjoy snorkeling or diving, this is the destination for you. Diving and snorkeling is walk-in access with fish and coral to see the minute you put your mask on. The beach offers sun and shade parts all day, refreshments are very close, rental lounge chairs, or enjoy a massage service right on the beach! The Beach is accessible by car if walking down the stairs is not your style. In fact there is also another gradual way to walk down. If you are adventurous and would like to see many places around the island, rent a car for your stay. There are so many beaches! You can drive to a different beach everyday if you wish. A convenience store is less than 5 minute drive and grocery stores in the town of Barber, 10 minutes away. Many beautiful beaches are nearby. Enjoy walk-in snorkeling and diving at all of them! In this gated resort the houses are located around a communal pool with a beautiful palapa.

It’s all about the view

If you want to visit the west part of the island it’s the place to be. You can dive 200 meters away at Lagun beach. The condo is perfect for 2 people, clean, spacious and let me tell you the view is amazing!!! Would go back in a heart beat.

Rental with fantastic view!

Neat, tidy and clean. We had everything we needed and more. The property was very nice and quiet. We loved being ocean front and seeing the birds and iguanas everyday. We had a rental car so it was a great location. Had lots of beaches to choose from that we’re only a short drive away. Don’t hesitate to visit the more local grocery stores. We found them to have a pretty good selection of supplies and a bit cheaper than the fancier grocery stores. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

The view from this lovely condo is magnificent, allowing us to enjoy gorgeous sunsets as well as the occasional pod of dolphins swimming by. It offers a good restaurant just a short walk away that also has a wonderful view of the bay. Karin was a very good host; responsive and helpful. It was very apparent that she wanted our stay to be enjoyable. The unit was clean and just what we expected from the online listing. The bed was comfortable, which is important to us. The condo offers a covered porch on the ground floor that is shaded and a larger open one on the top floor. This is a quieter end of the island which is just what we prefer. The snorkeling is very good right in the bay that is within easy walking distance from the condo. Other good snorkeling spots are nearby. I definitely recommend a stay here.

Beautiful view

The condo is in a very quiet, remote location of the island. Playa Lagun is a very small beach on the lagun. The beach itself is rocky, without the trademark white sands, but it is convenient to have so close. There are lots of fish to see along the cliff walls. The complex felt very safe, the pool was kept clean and the views were amazing. So fun to see the iguanas and lizards and birds every day. The sunsets were incredible, right from the condo! Be aware, there are mosquitos about!!The condo itself was very clean, in very good condition, with a comfortable bed. It was lovely to have 2 full bathrooms. The stairs are a little narrow and steep, but doable! The kitchen had everything you need for a simple meal and we appreciated the pitcher of cold water in the fridge and the other extras in the kitchen. The air conditioners were amazing, and cooled the place very fast. Karin was very responsive and helpful to our inquiries and wanted our stay to be wonderful. The area is quiet and it is nice to have 2 restaurant options within a 3 minute walk. A full grocery store is quite a ways away, FYI. But there are many beautiful beaches within 25 minutes! And the Christoffel Mountain hike and Shete Boka park were close and very fun adventures!If you want to be away from the city life and have a quiet lovely beach vacation, this is a great spot!

Nice spot on Curacao.

Review is for condo only, not the Island. Overall great spot away from the traffic of the big city, which is what we like. . Karin was great getting back to me FAST when I had ?'s .Annie the housekeeper was great as well. Condo had 2 Decks for shade or sun was nice ,view was also nice (just spoiled from other vacations). Everything you needed was there, welcome package with coffee and wine was a great touch. Annie even picked up a few groceries for us before we arrived as it was Christmas Day. Everything in the condo worked as it should. The only suggestions I have are ;there were no drapes in bathrooms so we couldn't use some of the facilities without neighbors able to look in. Instructions should be left how to use the key lock box as I have never used one before. Also the key chain for the keys should be a chain so it fits inside the box easier when trying to close. Also a small magnet inside to keep the keys near the back when closing would be great. Cushions for chairs upstairs need to be replaced. Pictures of the condo listed are what to expect. Karin and Annie are GREAT, I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone, very relaxing, Perry.

I will put up drapes or blinds in the downstairs shower right away (I'm not tall enough to see out that window so I didn't realize, sorry!).
