This detached house is situated at a TOP location, directly on the sea. It has a private beach.
For your 'own' door you can snorkel and / or dive!
The house is built against a cliff and therefore you look out over the sea from the house.
The property consists of 2 floors with a bedroom, bathroom and toilet on each floor and a private terrace by the sea. The upper part also has a kitchen, room with couch, 2 ceiling fans and walk-in closet in the bedroom.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning. In addition there is a ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom. The upper and lower part can be reached from the outside via a staircase.
The shutters in the windows everywhere in the house protect against the sun and leave wind of the sea at your choice. the bedroomwindows have also insectscreens. The terrace (facing south) is aprox. 15 meters above sea level which offers a great view. Dolphin and bird watching from your own terrace: fantastic! But schools of flying fish, flamingos can be seen well from that height. Take your binoculars with you too!
When the sky is clear you can see many, many stras at the sky.
Stair on site you reach the beach.
The entrance to the house is closed with a gate for which you get the key. Because the house is built against a cliff, the road is parallel to the roof, on which several cars can be parked.
