*Dream vacation* in our Villa Tortuga with private pool for max. 6 people

Our Villa Tortuga in Villapark Fontein is a small bungalow for a maximum of 6 people. Our home has 2 bathrooms (one in the master bedroom and one between the other two bedrooms. An additional toilet is available. Both bathrooms have a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. A refrigerator with a large freezer compartment is also available. A washing machine is also available and can be used if necessary.

Outside there is a large terrace. A part is covered here and thus provides shade. The pool is currently under construction so that it will be available from the beginning of 2017.
In the back garden area there is also a palapa, a small patio covered with palm leaves.


There is a parking space in front of the house for one car.

The following prices apply to our house:
Occupancy for 1-2 people € 70 per night
Each additional person additional 5.00 € the night
Children up to and including 2 years of course do not pay extra.

We take the same price all year round. Curacao always has warm temperatures, so there is no booking season.
Final cleaning for 1-2 people € 53.00
Final cleaning for 3-4 people € 69.00
Final cleaning for 5-6 people € 85.00
We charge electricity and water separately. Here the actual consumption is calculated one to one. You only pay for what you use.

The deposit for 1-2 people is € 250.00. For more than 2 people, the deposit is € 350.00. Your consumption will be deducted from the deposit upon departure. The remaining amount will be credited to you after departure.

Booking conditions for Villa Tortuga

Upon positive feedback from us that Villa Tortuga on Curacao is still free and can be rented for the desired period, a deposit of € 300 will be paid.

As soon as we have received the deposit and we confirm it, the booking of Villa Tortuga is valid.

The individual remaining payment, as well as the specified deposit, must be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of the trip.

The costs for electricity and water are calculated separately and offset against the deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded after departure.
Cancellation policy for Villa Tortuga
For cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the start of the trip, an amount of € 250.00 will be retained.

For cancellations from 8 days to 6 weeks before the start of the trip, 50% of the booking costs will be retained
 
For cancellations less than 8 days before the start of the trip, only the deposit will be refunded.
