Amazing 5 night stay
We stayed at Don Gerardo Appartments for 5 days and loved the experience from the moment Elke picked us up at the airport all the way to the day we returned the car that we also rented from the hosts. The property is very clean, very well maintained and designed; quiet and peaceful. Great value for the money, our villa had an all-outdoor kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, washer and a grill. We cooked breakfast every day and even used the grill once. There’s a grocery store not so far away, maybe a 5 minute drive from the property and you’ll find everything you’ll ever need there. There are two pools and we particularly liked the smaller one. Elke and Christopher, the owners are very approachable and took great care of us. Absolutely nothing went wrong, our stay was very relaxed and enjoyable. A lovely welcome dinner was organized for all guests staying at the property and we got to meet with a lot of interesting people but again the property is very well designed and if you don’t want to see people-you won’t. There was a reasonable price per person and everyone brought their own drinks. Food was abundant and very tasty.In general we don’t travel to the same country twice but this place in Curaçao is very much worth returning to. Thank you Elke, Christopher and Suzanne!
