Great Location Near the Austin Convention Center

The property is in a quiet neighborhood of craftsman homes just a few blocks from the Austin Convention Center. It even has free parking. The unit is clean, updated and well equipped. The host is incredibly responsive. The neighborhood is clearly safe but you have to walk by a totally non threatening homeless encampment to get to the convention center. There are lots of great restaurants and night spots in walking distance as well as a Whole Foods and a Target. Walmart delivers free and is only 1.6 miles away. We plan to stay there again if we go back to SXSW.

Great Stay

This was a great convenient property close to friends in the neighborhood that we both stayed at over the holiday. It was perfect for a couple and included all the necessities like coffee pods, creamers, kitchen supplies (a nice big gas stove), and soap/shampoos, etc. We enjoyed the roomy bedroom and felt it was so much better than the pricey hotels. Very clean, easy entry and parking, and quick responsive host. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice stay, short walk to the Convention Center

A lovely home with lots of space to stay for your travel to Austin. It was a short walk to the convention center, which benefitted me. Heads up: there are homeless encampments between this location and the Convention Center / downtown. That part wasn't great, but I jumped on a scooter and just moved quickly through that area in the morning & evening going to-and-from
