The cottage was lovely! From the artwork to the adorable refrigerator, everything in the cottage just works together beautifuly. It's in a nice neighborhood in Wausau, easy on and off the highway. The wildflowers in the backyard were blooming while we were there and smelled incredible!

My mother, sister, and I came in for the World's Horseshoe tournament and found this property to be everything we needed. The hosts appear genuinely interested in your stay being good. They supply more resources than many other hosts and have built a cozy space.

The cottage was lovely and well stocked. We appreciated the record player books, gamez, and coloring books for the kids. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and very easy to get to everything we wanted to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Wausau weekend at Birch Cottage. It's located in a very pleasant neighborhood and is exactly as advertised. It was very clean, very well-appointed, and very comfortable. There wasn't a thing about the Cottage or our stay that was disappointing. To the contrary, it was outstanding. We liked the "try one/take one" wine swap available. Very interesting idea. Our little Scottish Terrier really liked the fenced-in backyard. All in all, it was an exceptional weekend--and the weather was the same.

This house is really fantastic - the yard is great (our dog loved the room to play frisbee!), the kitchen is well-appointed, the bed (we only used one) was super comfortable. It isn't the most walkable spot, but then Wasau isn't a notably walkable city. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely long weekend!

The house was as advertised. It was in a good location for our stay. The internet went out during our stay. Between the owner and myself, we were able to get the cable company in to get it fixed. We didn't have time to use the yard, but it was a great addition to the house. The refrigerator in the house was cool, but not very big and no ice maker. I would stay again.

The hosts were very helpful and even with a time different we heard back from them quickly.The house is well furnished. It was clean. It was comfortable.Quiet neighborhood. We were able to have our local family come over and visit.Highly recommend. If we have the need again we would chose this home.

Amazing place

This was the perfect VRBO - stocked with everything we needed for the week, clean, quiet neighborhood, fenced yard for our dogs, and easy to get to all the fun Wausau has to offer. We would definitely stay again next time we are in town! The hosts were great - very easy to communicate with.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We always look for pet-friendly options and this one hit it out of the park. The backyard was safely fenced and the neighborhood had great sidewalks for a lovely stroll with your pup. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable. It had nearly every amenity you could want on your stay. We will stay here again for certain!

Perfect Little House

This was the perfect place to stay for our little family! It was very clean and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything.
