Great communication before arrival, which was quite helpful. The condo was well-stocked, and the provided consumables were more than enough for our stay. The beach gear was plentiful! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of five loved the stay at this condo. I appreciated all the gear (sand toys, snorkel sets, beach towels & chairs, sun umbrella etc.) they had available for us to use. The pool of the complex is heated and fun to use.

Great place to stay

Condo is in a beautiful setting close to beaches, restaurants and shopping . The condo has everything you need, is clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

We had a great stay at I-23! We loved having a separate bedroom with two beds for our boys, the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed, and the place was very clean and organized when we arrived. The pool was really nice and the open-air gym were great bonuses!

Wonderful stay at Fairway Villas I-23

We had the best stay at this lovely condo. It was well stocked with plenty of things we needed and very clean & comfortable. The location is wonderful, walking distance to shops, dining and the best beach (A Bay). Situated with a beautiful golf course view too. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Lovely sunsets from Lanai

Our stay was lovely and the location was perfect. The second bedroom had two small beds so if two couple go I wouldn’t recommend. It’s a perfect bedroom for kids.

Outstanding property and perfect location

This is our third year in a row at the Waikoloa Beach Resort, and the Fairway Villas were the best positioned yet! Especially with little ones who beg to walk over to the shaved ice place every day ;-) Well updated interior apartment with a great kitchen made for a perfect stay for our family. We'll definitely be back!

Great location close to shops and the beach!

Very nice and clean, easy check in and check out procedures. Nice pool and gym! Super close to the Kings and Queens shopping center and close to the beach. You have to check out Lava Lava Beach Club! It’s walking distance.

Great property all around!

Very nice condo. Clean, great bed, all the beach amenities one could need. Lovely breeze through out. I appreciated the small touches: seasonings, zip lock bags, a little coffee! Mahalo!

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience and I will be back! Host responded quickly and kindly; property management team same. Location incredibly convenient for so many things, yet away from the K-K crowds. Mahalo nui loa!

My Wife and I (and our adult Daughter) enjoyed a fantastic stay at this conveniently located condo unit in the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.The Unit was in a gated community and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. They had everything that we might need for just relaxing or "beaching it". The Unit was supplied with plenty of paper towels, cleaning products, etc. EVERYTHING WE NEEDED!!!!It was very close to Hapuna Beach (one of our favorites), and it was a great location to travel up to Tex's for Malasadas, and on to Akaka Falls and Rainbow Falls and Hilo and to Volcano National Park (and Punaluʻu Beach "Black Sand" Beach to see the Honu); and the Pu'uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park (City of Refuge); and the Manta Rays at Night and snorkeling excursions. Keep in mind that almost everything on the island of Hawaii is a distance to travel to; BUT the "road trip" is part of the adventure and experienceWe only wish that we had more time to enjoy the Big Island of Hawaii; because there is so very, very much to see and do!!!Mahalo nui loa!

Great condo and property.. the only problem my family had was, the creepy cameras looking at the hot tub and pool.. but no other cameras on the rest of the property.. the cameras are a bit invasive

We have a split AC system and each room has it's own remote control. On the remote you are able to adjust temperature as well as fan speed. Great location in Waikoloa

I came in town to participate in the Lavaman Triathlon and this condo was the perfect location to the start/finish line. It’s walking distance to A’ Bay, the Kings Market and the Queens Market. The only negative for me was I didn’t find the bed that comfortable and whomever had the condo above us let their kids run/jump on the floor from 6am-10pm but that is no fault of the owner of this condo.

Condo did not meet expectations.

This 2 bedroom condo is outdated and uncomfortable. There is minimal soundproofing from noise above. The carpet was soiled and loose. The older rattan furniture was relatively clean but uncomfortable to sit in.The decor is rather tacky with many dusty plastic plants, outdated art and two very small TV'sThe stacked washer/dryer is very loud; likely due to being un-level. The lint catcher was full and matted lint was under the dryer. The master bathroom shower had low pressure and is very small. The swinging saloon style doors at the master bath entrance were loose and would not stay open. The patio door is warped making it difficult to close properly so the AC unit will work. We would not recommend this condo to anyone.
