Pool:
The living room and master bedroom open up to the sparkling saltwater Pebble Tec pool and spa*. Easy control of temperature settings and LED lighting. 5' depth max. Outdoor chaise lounges and al fresco dining, seats 8. Natural gas Weber BBQ, outdoor games, and fire pit. Beautifully lit and landscaped with smooth agave and Mexican fence post cacti.
*Pool heating*:
$75/day with a 2-day minimum. Please let us know in advance if wish to heat the pool. Spa heating is included in your reservation.

Steps away from the front door you'll find an Olympic freestyle pool, jacuzzi, bocce ball court, indoor community gym, and outdoor kitchen and BBQs.

~FAQs~
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation with an added fee, pending availability.
Will I need to meet someone to check-in?
This house has a keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative.
Do you offer daily cleaning?
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
Can I have the pool heated?
We recommend pool heating from November to May and pool heating is $75/day with a 2-day minimum and advanced notice. The pool will be heated to 85 degrees and the hot tup is set to 101 degrees.
Can I ship a package to this location?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
Does this home have an outdoor music system?
We do not, as our HOA has noise limit restrictions. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy, but please be considerate of neighbors and La Quinta's quiet hours.
Do you allow pets?
We do not allow cats, but we allow certain dogs. Dogs must be pre-approved by the host. $150/pet/ stay. Wo do not allow dogs to swim in the pool unless they are non-shedding.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to all the amenities at the Signature Clubhouse.
Quiet Hours:
La Quinta's quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be considerate, we want our guests to enjoy their stay but not at the expense of disturbing our neighbors and community.
PARKING
Four vehicles are allowed; 2 in the garage and 2 in driveway. Overnight street parking is discouraged.
EVENTS/PARTIES
Events and parties are strictly prohibited. The maximum number of guests for this house is 8 people at all times. Guest count over 6 people, must be pre-approved by host.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT REQUESTS
Pending availability, we may be able to honor requests for early check-in/late checkout for an added fee.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Please note, we have two surveillance cameras on property: one located outside the front door and another on the front porch facing the driveway.
RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
