Great location and pool facilities. Change of hotel ownership and implications for residents was not communicated up front, but worked out OK for our needs - particularly as the pool area was very quiet.

This home was beautiful. We enjoyed the two balconies with an ocean/beach view, convenience of location to restaurants and shopping, and the service at the W was excellent. Would absolutely stay again!

The location is great. Communication during the transition from the W to the new Waldorf is not great and it took us over an hour to get our luggage. We had an issue with the window treatment, they came and looked at it and said they would be back to address the issue but never did. You could get drinks by the pool one day but not the next. All in all the stay was great given the fact that it’s in the middle of changing hands.
