Villa at Northridge is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath golf course townhome located in The Galena Territory overlooking the 17th fairway of Eagle Ridge’s North Course.

This comfortable and spacious Galena vacation rental sleeps up to 8 guests and is ideal for golf trips, family vacations, couples retreats, and weekend getaways to Galena, Illinois.

With three king bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, private patio with golf course views, and access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, guests enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation and recreation.

The main living area offers a comfortable gathering space with seating, a cozy fireplace, and large windows overlooking the golf course. The open layout connects the living room, dining space, and kitchen, making it easy for groups to relax and spend time together.

**As our guest, you'll have access to the GTA Owners Club, including an indoor and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), fitness room, game room, basketball/tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, and more. Children can enjoy the outdoor playground, located at the Lake Galena Marina, while adults explore the hiking trails and Lake Galena. While the amenities are usually open, there may be limited usage at times, and no discounts or refunds will be provided. Nevertheless, the HOA maintains the facilities well for guests to enjoy. While COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted at the GTA Owners Club, some amenities require reservations - lap swimming at the indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and outdoor basketball courts. Golf, swim, fish, relax, work out, spa day, or spend a day on the historic streets of Downtown Galena. Renters have ample opportunities in the winter as well, considering that Chestnut Mountain is only 20 minutes away and offers skiing and snowboarding too.
