Mountain Song is an inviting chalet tucked away in the mountains with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The chalet can easily sleep 8 with the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Internet and smart TVs are provided to stream your favorite shows. Relax on the deck while taking in the wooded views. The location is perfect for those who want to escape the day to day yet be only minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Great spot and great hosts

We enjoyed our stay! Nice sized, clean town home. Also we were given the option of a pool pass which was a fun bonus. The host company was great.

If you want the mountain drive, thiis is the place. Didn't even have to drive through Gatlinburg. Less stress for traffic.

Happy stay

Property was as described. The check in process was easy, no hiccups. Property was clean and spacious. I must say the drive there was extremely scary for us, but overall a nice stay. We had to call maintenance for an issue outside of the property (dead car battery) and they even helped us with that. Very nice staff!

Very clean, nice house

Very clean house, nicely decorated, and out of the bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Quiet, peaceful location, but roads up to the house are steep. It’s about a fifteen drive to the house from where you turn off the Gatlinburg strip because of the roads. As well as the three queen beds, both of the sofas in the living room make down into beds, which is great if you have eight people coming, but two people would prefer to have their own beds.

Great location near Smoky Mountains

Wonderful place close to the Smoky Mountains. Would definitely stay there again. Plenty of beds for our family of 6 including 2 pull-out sofas! Note that you have to drive up some VERY steep roads to get there, so not sure what it is like in the winter. Only "complaint" is that they don't have extra blankets and don't have essential kitchen ingredients available (eg cooking spray, salt, pepper, etc), you have to bring everything. But those are very minor complaints.

Fun Labor Day

We loved the house. It was perfect for our group. The location is tricky because of the steep roads to get there- just wanted to confirm other reviewers on this. Our first morning we ran into a BEAR walking out to our cars! He casually sauntered off while we watched from the porch, ready to jump back inside! We had two families, and there was plenty of room. The house was fully stocked with all of the linens we needed.

Up the mountain

We enjoyed our time for 6 days. Quiet, spacious, fully furnished and stocked, very clean, the kids enjoyed their rooms, and the back deck witnessed hamburgers being grilled in the evening and omelettes in the morning! We got to see some bears walking on trail below almost daily! Owners/company stayed in communication with us at all times. Would have liked the pools to be close by or on the property. Did not want to drive up mountain to cabin and then back down to swim due to all the turns and inclines...lol. All cabinets have kitchen gear in them, so a closet pantry maybe in diningroom to put our groceries would have been a bonus. We would def stay there again!

Close but Still Secluded

We had such a great time! The property was just as pictured and explained. Everything was clean when we arrived and the check in process was easy and laid out well. The kids loved having access to three pools! It was definitely up thr mountain on some windy roads, but they do let you know that in the listing. There was enough parking for our two vehicles. There is a binder that they provide that ia very well laid out with any questions you might have. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. There are definitely lots of bears in the area, but we were never in danger. Some neighbors had left their trash bins unsecured and I'm pretty sure that's why we saw so many! The owners were very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. We were close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge that it wasn't a big pain or long drive to get to either. Our last day we had some kind of loud neighbors in the adjoining unit, but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend!
