Let me start this off by saying that any previously posted negative reviews are absolutely incorrect….The host was very responsive, the condo was immaculately clean, the views were great, especially early morning with the sun rising and after dark with the lights of Ober and the surrounding area. Nothing shows the night sky better than the darkness on top of a mountain in the fall!!The winner was the fireplace!!! Every evening there was a fire going, and the relaxation of the crackling of real wood burning was enough to relax the most stressed out individual.In closing, we will definitely be staying here again on every return trip we make back to Gatlinburg( a yearly trip for us). Christmas in Gatlinburg is something that should be experienced at least once a lifetime!!

There was bed bugs and when we confronted the owner he was disrespectful and saying hurtful things . One of my family member woke up with bites all over them. We wanted to wash our clothes and dry them before we left cause we didnt want to take the bugs home with us . The owner came with a gun threating to call the law if we didnt leave. So we left.

We had a girls trip and the unit was very clean. Best of all it was right beside the pool! We really enjoyed the screened patio and will definitely stay there again!
