My family's stay here was magical. We were a large group (11 adults and 2 young children) and the house was perfect – plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group as well as gathering places to spend time together. And the scenery is gorgeous. You could sit on the front porch for hours just looking at the view. Quintin and Mary were very generous hosts – very responsive to our questions and had the house fully stocked with anything you'd need for a comfortable stay. They've created a truly beautiful and serene place. Everyone in our group unanimously agreed that we'd like to come back!
This fabulous home has everything you could ever want or need for celebrating a family reunion! Our group ranged from 3-93 yrs of age and everyone had a fun yet relaxing time. Mary and Quint are gracious hosts and made us feel like we had come home. The home is beautiful, the grounds filled with goats and sheep and two very friendly dogs. We were able to completely unplug from the craziness of our lives and delve into the beauty of the NC mountainscape. Highly recommend this home and make sure you have a sturdy vehicle and follow the hosts specific directions to the letter!
