Odd Experience

The check-in instructions were a bit unclear, particularly on how to get to the loft. The current residents at the property had no idea we were staying there. Not many amenities. Had to clean towels we found in the washer and ask for more, but the Vrbo property manager was helpful with this. Most of the bedroom lights did not work. We were asked to clean, such as sweeping and mopping, even though we paid a hefty cleaning fee. And, lastly, we were instructed to throw away the bedding or take it with us. When I questioned throwing it away, I never received a response. Not a terrible stay, but certainly an odd one.
