Close to Fishing at Philpott Lake, Smith River & Mayo River, plus small pond w/ dock - stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill & catfish on the property. Comfortable and quiet living quarters with new HVAC and Roof. Unplug with no wifi and limited cell service. Scenic, private site on 39 acres. Adjacent to Fairystone Wildlife Management Area.
