The Space:
One Floor - This cozy lakefront home is 640 square feet.
Main living area with comfortable seating, and TV. Walk- out to the deck and lake.
Kitchen has full size gas stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer (in closet.)

Primary bedroom has a King Bed, a twin day bed - and a water view.
2nd bedroom has a queen, with sliding doors to deck.

Outside
Deck furniture, dock with mooring ball (available Memorial - Labor day) , and propane grill.
2 Kayaks, paddles, 2 life jackets

Guest Access:
Parking for 2 vehicles in front of the cottage, and 2 vehicles directly across the street.
Nearest public boat launch is Crystal Lake DNR Public Boat Launch

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.

There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have sad, lonely barking dogs bothering our neighbors. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.

If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.

DOCK – You can expect the dock to be available for use Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Please only use the dock for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers. A mooring ball just beyond it is available for mooring between boat rides. Winds and waves pick up super-quick and can cause damage to boats and docks. There are no protective dock bumpers to prevent potential boat-docking issues.
