Great Cabin & Location! We stayed here starting November 2, 2025, and absolutely loved it! The cabin is super clean, is brand new, and is just a few minutes from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge—so close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The owner was awesome—very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a great spot for families, with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area!
The cabin was beautiful! The perfect mix of rustic and chic. The indoor pool was a bit with the kids, as was the game room. The decor was lovely and furniture was comfortable. And with all of the positives...Josh and Amy (our hosts) were the best thing about our stay! Amy was in constant contact with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had an incident where a family memberocked their self out of their bathroom. Once notified, Amy had someone there to open the door within the hour! My daughter ended up leaving behind her iPad and a necklace. I didn't even know until we got all the way home and had a message from Amy notifying us. She is truly the BEST!!

Marilyn, it was a pleasure to host you and your family. We really appreciate the kind review and so glad you all enjoyed your stay and had a great trip! Thank you again for being amazing guests!
The property is in a great location for all popular attractions. It is a new neighborhood so there is construction but that didn’t affect our stay. There were lots of amenities for both the children and adults at this property. Would definitely book this property again.

Disliked: Location
The cabin itself is cute and clean, and overall the space was comfortable for our stay. However, we were not aware that the property is located in a very ACTIVE construction area. We were told quiet hours were from 11 PM to 8 AM, but we were woken up several mornings around 7:30 AM by construction vehicles, loud beeping, and car alarms. If you’re looking for a peaceful mountain getaway, this may not be the best fit right now due to the surrounding construction. We have two young kids, and unfortunately we weren’t able to play outside or take walks from the house because of the amount of construction activity happening nearby. We also experienced a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. The hot water heater stopped working one day, and the dryer was not functioning. That said, the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. They were kind and quick to reply when we reached out, which we appreciated. The cabin itself has a lot of potential, and once the surrounding construction is complete it will likely be a much more relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about the cabin and our communication—we truly appreciate it.
We’re sorry to hear that the surrounding construction impacted your stay. As noted in our listing, the cabin is located in a developing area, and we always aim to be transparent so guests can choose what best fits their needs. The good news is that this phase of construction is expected to be completed within the next few months, and we’re excited for the area to offer an even more peaceful and enjoyable experience very soon.
Regarding the hot water, when you reached out, we immediately arranged for assistance, and we appreciate you letting us know shortly after that everything was working properly again. We were not made aware of any concerns with the dryer during your stay; however, our team has since checked it and confirmed that it is functioning as expected.
We had a great stay at this house! The pool was clean and well-maintained—our kids absolutely loved spending time in it every day. The arcade games were a huge hit with the whole family. The drive to the house was easy, and the location worked well for our plans. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely recommend this place to others!
I can’t express enough how wonderful our stay was! The cabin was immaculate and full of thoughtful amenities! We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for years and have stayed at many nice places but this one tops them all. Communication with the owner was so easy and helpful! I can’t recommend enough!
