The crystal clear Rainbow River is 200 yards away. Bring or rent a boat. The boat launch is 1/4 a mile away and we have onsite parking for your trailer.
This condo is surrounded by the best activities Florida has to offer; scalloping, fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, exploring the local springs, scuba diving, bicycling the many trails, snorkeling, bird watching, or just unwinding by the heated pool and spa. Delightful riverside condo.

Perfectly decorated and supplied one bedroom apartment with a beautiful pool and heated spa. Comfortable and centrally located apartment.

A great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Landings It was great to have a pool/hot tub on the premises. The people in the unit above us were quite noisy at times. Not much you can do about that! Most people were very polite except for the crabby guy down by the grills. Oh well. We met some really nice people as well. We are thinking of returning next year!

Snowbird paradise

It was our first time spending a month on vacation. We had a great stay. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. It's centrally located for easy access to both the Atlantic coast and the Gulf coast.It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It had plenty of space for just the two of us. There was access to the river and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome condo!

Perfect condo, centrally located, friendly neighbors and Erin was awesome to make sure we had everything we need! Would highly recommend for a couple travelling in the area. This place is a gem in my opinion! Parking was easy, access was easy, had eveything we needed! Thank you for letting us stay here!
