About this property

Welcome to this little gem nestled on a large lot surrounded by mature trees in a super quiet, established neighborhood. This home is fully furnished and stocked with all the amenities needed for a short stay. The kitchen is brand new! Each room has a small work area, 32 inch tvs, new queen memory foam mattresses and ample closet space! This home is pet friendly with a huge fully fenced yard. The bathroom is original and has been restored! Lots of natural light flows through this space and truly feels like a home away from home!

I love this little house. Perfect for a couple or small family. Great back yard. Owners had it set up with a little fire pit. (we didnt use bit ot was there should we have desired Plan on using again!

Wonderful pet-friendly rental

Great place! We were in the position of selling a property in another state and our new Florida home not closing until nearly a month afterward. But we had loads of things to get done in Florida during the week prior to closing, and we have two cats. Was very happy to find and be able to rent this place. The house itself was very pretty and clean, and had the extra bonus that we could park one car in the garage since my husband and I had driven down in separate vehicles. Very pet-friendly with tile and luxury vinyl flooring, and both bedrooms were very large with big closets. Nicely remodeled bathroom still reflecting its 'Old Florida' origins. Wireless internet and washer and dryer worked great also. Owner was able to let us check in a little early on our arrival date and then we ended up having to ask for a couple more days stay at the end since our moving truck had broken down en route and were very grateful that she was able to accomodate us with that also. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher, but I realize that we probably do a lot more cooking and eating at home than most people do when on vacation. We just made do with eating on paper plates as much as possible to minimize the dishwashing needed. But the plates and pots and pans provided were easy to clean and dish soap and cleaning utensils and a drying pad were provided. Very nice backyard area also. Tons of great restaurants and a Publix very nearby. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed was there, nice location, spacious backyard, the washer and dryer was amazing to have. Plus who doesn’t like a garage to unload groceries/unpack/pack. Thanks for the great stay.

Cute place

Two sizeable bedrooms, small but fully functional bathroom, cute remodeled kitchen and comfortable living room. Cold ac, cold refrigerator, good hot water and water pressure. We liked the dedicated driveway. All appliances worked. We appreciated the little extras that were supplied such as a bag of ice, bottled water, coffee pods, laundry detergent, hand soap and more. The attention to detail was evident with tasteful decorations and a fully stocked kitchen. Linens and towels were supplied which is helpful for us when traveling. The backyard was fully fenced. If we had spent time outside a patio table and chairs would have been helpful.
