Saturday - Saturday, December 26, 2026 - January 2, 2027 reserved and available in tropical PARADISE, (other 2026 dates may be available) in a luxurious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite in this beautiful resort, with magnificent views of the marina. Watch the sunset over the ocean from the beach or spend time relaxing on your own private, expansive balcony. On site amenities include five restaurants, miles and miles of walkable and swimmable beach, three pools and a toddler pool, endless adult and children's activities, theme nights, and a modern shopping mall and grocery store only a short walk away. Paradise Village is located on the beach at the end of the resort road, next to the marina, with a staffed security gate, so there are no traffic or security issues.
This spacious suite sleeps 8 adults, has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, large balcony with a grill. There is daily maid service and the resort staff are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you're a golfer, there is Paradise Village's El Tigre golf course and the Vidanta resort course nearby. We've been coming 'home' to Paradise Village as an owner for over 25 years and always LOVE our time there.
We reserved this week in 2026 in this 3-bedroom penthouse suite early in 2025 (they are VERY hard to get), but can't use it, so are offering it for rent to someone lucky enough to be able to spend a week in this spectacular tropical PARADISE! This reservation could possibly be changed to some other week in 2026 if there is availability. PLEASE NOTE: Availability shown on calendar is not always accurate because all requested weeks must be checked with the resort reservations department.

My husband and I live in northern Maine where the winters are long and cold, with lots of snow, so we always like to get away to somewhere tropical on a beach sometime during the winter. We've found that Mexico, and specifically, Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta, more than meets our needs. We started going there with our teenage daughters, who loved it, and now with either friends or our grown daughters and their children. It has so much to offer for any type of vacationer. Now that we're retired, we are traveling even more, but Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico is still our favorite!
Why they chose this property
We purchased at Paradise Village in 2001 because we fell in love with everything about the property: the miles of beautiful sandy beach, pools, grounds, suites, restaurants, activities, spa, and staff. We also love the location of the resort: warm and sunny Mexico, near a modern shopping mall, and close to Puerto Vallarta with all its attractions. We stayed in a three bedroom penthouse suite at Paradise Village in January 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed the unit's amenities: complete kitchen, washer/dryer, large balcony with hot tub and grill and incredible view, and three bathrooms. With its point system, we have a choice of units and vacation time. There isn't anything negative about this resort!
What makes this property unique
The miles of beach at Paradise Village can't be beat! You can walk for up to eight miles north, all the way to Bucerias or farther! The resort is on a marina with beautiful boats to watch, including sailing regattas. The wildlife reserve is also unique to Paradise Village. The Kid's Club has enumerable activities for children and the theme nights and water activities are fun for all ages (boogie boards, kayaks, jetskiing, parasailing, whale watching, snorkeling tours, and boat tours). Because Paradise Village is at the end of the peninsula and at the marina, all kinds of boating activities are available right from the resort. The Paradise Plaza mall is also only a short walk away and you can get anything you need there, including groceries from the very modern grocery store.
