You will fall in love with the spectacular sunsets over the ocean, especially as you relax in one of the lounge chairs on your HUGE wrap-around private balcony with wetbar.

Plus, our condominium is uniquely situated where you not only have a full view of the ocean, but also views of the sunrise over the mountains from the gated front porch. Not only that, but there are great views of the ocean from the living room, the studio, the kitchen, and the master bedroom.

Located on the seventh floor facing the ocean, this brand new condominium has been professionally decorated and has a fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer. Inside is a kitchen, a living room with a TV and wireless internet, a studio with a separate balcony, a master bedroom with a TV, small safe deposit box and private bathroom, and a second bedroom with TV and a shared bathroom. There are one king-size bed in the master bedroom and two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, as well as a queen-sized pull out bed in the den.

Besides having access to the ocean, hot tub, pool, and children's pool with slides, you can also enjoy all of the amenities offers for a small fee of $19 a week per person. This includes a Sports Club with tennis courts, basketball courts, aerobics room, state-of-the-art equipment, an amazing children's center, and more, a Golf Club with an 18-hole golf course, practice range, and putting green, and a Spa and Beach Club with palapas and water equipment. Some of these activities may require additional fees.

Another great feature is the shopping center located nearby. Inside is a supermarket, clothing stores, fast food, gift shops, and internet access. Another fun attraction is the small zoo which has lions, monkeys, birds, a leopard, mountain lions, and more at he Paradise Hotel. A bus runs back and forth between the different areas at the Paradise Hotel, the Plaza, Playa Royale and El Tigre for your convenience.
