Welcome to Neverland! This large family home has been in our family for over 30 years. In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is ample living space for enjoying the lake from inside or out! This was a primary residence for 15 years, so all primary amenities are available. Including, three bedrooms with air conditioning.

My family didn’t stay after we arrived on Friday, August 1st, after planning a week there with my daughter and her 2 kids — 10 & 12. The furniture was not as depicted on the website, and the house was not clean. A neighbor came over to assist with the WI-FI, since the code and password that we were given did not work. Still did not work when we left. The 3rd bedroom is a partition off the living room. It is a wood structure, so we would encourage renters to bring portable smoke alarms. Eaton Reservoir.
