Why they chose this property
Theres a story about this structure and how I obtained it, but a cool fact is that I paid a whopping 15 grand for it back in 2017!
What makes this property unique
As far as I know, I'm the only repurposed grain elevator in the world that has been made into a vacation rental.
PLEASE READ: Here’s the disclaimer as we want to be honest. This is a repurposed grain elevator in the country, which is not for everyone. With that, there is a possibility of you seeing insects, spiders, a mouse or two, and other things associated with nature. Being in the location it is and what it is, it is virtually impossible to keep 100% dust and insect free. We also have two big skylights. Skylights are notorious for leaking. When big storms roll through, one leak develops over the stairs and one over the door into the main space, dripping water that can be easily cleaned up with a towel. With that, we do our best to make it comfortable and clean to a high standard, we want you to have an experience that you can carry with you for a lifetime. If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, as much as we’d like you to stay with us, this is probably not what you’re looking for. For individuals and groups looking for a little bit of a quirky, fun and rugged experience, this might be your jam. Definitely a unique and fun space for your group. Thank you!!
