Spacious beach house just steps from the sand.
Just 300 steps to quiet beach on west end. Walk or bike to St. Andrews state park , bay or marina , all just 1/2 mile away. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Home has 3 bedrooms with queen beds and upper common area with dedicated full bath , queen Murphy bed and a large futon . Large kitchen and dining area. Covered parking for 4 cars. Only steps to beach with new crosswalk. No high rises so no crowds.!
The space
Master on upper floor with large private bath , huge tile shower ,separate bathtub and walk in closet. Upper common area has a queen Murphy bed and a futon for kids or extra guests. Two bedrooms on main floor with queen beds and fold out sofa in living room if more room is needed. Large stocked kitchen if you decide to stay in and cook some fresh seafood.
