Yes, that includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, as well as face, hand, body, and makeup towels.

Whether your vibe is soaking up the sun or strolling down the 3-mile boardwalk, we provide you with beach gear to make your sunny day even more enjoyable including foldable beach chairs, towels, an extra large beach mat, and a few games/toys. Oh, and remember to protect your skin with sunscreen, which we also provide for free because we care about your well-being.

Our home is suitable for all family members, including children and pets. For the little ones, we provide a crib/pack n’ play, high chair, and books to keep them entertained. For the furry ones, there are bowls, a bed, extra treats, and some toys. We kindly ask you to wipe their paws before entering the house and keep them off the furniture.

All amenities will be ready for you upon arrival, but we are happy to arrange them in advance for your convenience. Just let us know your preferences and we will take care of the rest.

‼️Please make sure to read the sections below before booking your stay‼️

‼️ Our home is priced accordingly based on amenities, location and taking the following points into consideration:

‼️ 🅿️ PARKING 🅿️
The pavement on the street is a bit bumpy, so please drive slowly.

‼️ 🚙 Given the narrow width of the alley way, driving in and out might be a tight squeeze, especially before and after work hours. Only compact cars are able to make U-turns within the alley. Any car bigger than that will have to back up into a busy street. When doing so, back up into the bike lane before merging onto moving traffic.

‼️ 🚙 The home comes with ONE designated parking space right in front of the mural. The space is for a single car use and is small. Other vehicles may fit as long as traffic flow is not interrupted, but we cannot guarantee and would not recommend anything larger than a compact car. If your car does not fit you will have to park on the street.

‼️ 🅿️ Kindly park as close to the mural as possible to allow for access to our neighbors. Neighbors will honk if your car is blocking the shared driveway, so please be mindful.

‼️ 🅿️ There is free on-street overnight parking on the adjacent streets, but finding a spot can be tough especially at nights and on weekends. Double check signs for street sweeping and any other restrictions.

‼️ 🏡 THE NEIGHBORHOOD🏡
Cambodia Town is a culturally and ethnically diverse neighborhood in Long Beach, known for its delicious cuisine and strong sense of community. Located off of a main avenue, our alleyway acts as a gateway to a tight-knit residential community. Our neighbors know each other by name and look out for one another, increasing the sense of safety. In the afternoons, you may see kids playing outdoors, hear some Latin music, or catch one of our neighbors barbecuing on the weekends - it all adds to the urban charm.

‼️ The biggest demographic of this neighborhood is Cambodian, African American and other people of color of lower socioeconomic status.

‼️ If you are not used to working class/low income communities of color in an urban setting, or If you are looking for a 100% serene and quiet suburban stay, this may not be the right fit. ‼️

‼️ Please note: there is prevalence of homelessness in and around this neighborhood especially after the pandemic. Long Beach experienced an increase of 62% in homeless population between 2020 and 2022, causing the mayor the city to declare a state of emergency on homelessness early in 2023 to tackle the issues head-on.

‼️ Lastly, most of our neighbors have big dogs in their properties that will bark loudly at you and run up to/hit the fence as you walk down the street, which can easily startle guests. But don’t worry, they cannot get past their fences so they won't get near you. They are actually very friendly and just being protective of their home, that’s all 🐶

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all areas of the home during their stay. Open the front door with a smart lock and a unique code provided in your check-in instructions. There are two steps at the front entrance of the home.
