Located in an older building the apartment is not brand new but it stays fresh and decorated.
Air conditioning in both spaces.
Laundry machine.
Half a block from the Botanic Garden and Ave. Santa Fe Street, 2 Blocks from Plaza Italia.
Bright, comfortable and decorated with good taste.
Very quiet, ideal to rest in your stay in city.
Queen bed very confortable

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED (covenience stores and public trasportation)

UPDATE:
During week/working days there can be loud noise from 10 to 5 as there is a construction next to.
Before, after and during weekends it is pretty quiet.
If your plans are not being home during that time, it should be a problem for you.
If you plan to work everyday from home you should consider this before book it.

Unit is as advertised, great location!

The place is as advertised, equipped with everything you need. Andres was quick to respond, helped me out when I got locked out of the apartment. Location is great, right next to the botanical gardens and many bars and restaurants. Only problem was some construction next door which was outside of the host's control, but Andres was quick to remedy the situation. Would recommend!
